Facade restoration and interior remodel of a two stories Edwardian home.

The facade restoration process was performed preserving form, features, and character of the property as it appeared at  the specific period of time by means of the removal of features from other periods in its history.

​

The old floor plan of the 2-unit building presented some functional challenges on both levels. The 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms was upgraded to a 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms on both levels making the most out of every single space and without sacrificing functionality and comfort.
